RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
Returned in the original packaging
All returns require prior authorization.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow several business days for processing
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
If a discount or promotional code was applied, the discounted amount will be deducted from the refund.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, you must place a new order.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS
All personalized or custom-made items are final sale.
Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once the order has been processed.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
