What is included in the kit?
Each balloon decoration kit includes everything you need to create a complete setup at home. The full list of items included in your set is always clearly shown on each product page, so you know exactly what you’re ordering. All balloons are delivered uninflated to ensure safe shipping and the best final result.
Every kit also comes with simple instructions to guide you through the setup process, making it easy even if you’ve never worked with balloon decorations before.
How do I place an order and what happens after checkout?
Choose your preferred balloon set, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. Before placing your order, we recommend reviewing the product page to see exactly what is included in the kit and any available personalization options.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Your order is then prepared for processing. If it includes personalization, it will be created according to the information you provided. Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days and then shipped.
Can I cancel my order after payment?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We begin preparing orders quickly, so once your order has been processed or prepared, cancellation may no longer be possible. We always do our best to help, but we recommend double-checking your order details before completing your purchase.

How long does delivery take and how much does shipping cost?
Delivery times depend on your location.
Estimated delivery times are:
Canada: 2–7 business days
USA: 4–10 business days
For other locations, delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier. Shipping costs start from $10 and may vary depending on your order and destination.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your selected shipping method). Please allow some time for the tracking details to update after shipment.
What should I know about delivery issues or delays?
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.

03. PERSONALIZATION *
Can I personalize my order and how does it work?
Yes, we offer personalization for both individual balloons and selected balloon sets that include personalization .You can explore all available options in the Custom section of our website. Selected balloon sets can be personalized with a name, number, or short message.
Where do I enter my personalization details and when will my order be ready?
You can enter your personalization details directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart. Please make sure all information is correct before placing your order. Personalized items are prepared individually, so additional preparation time of 1–3 business days may be required.
Can I return or exchange personalized items, and what if I made a mistake in my order?
Personalized items are made specifically for your order, so they cannot be returned or exchanged once prepared. If you notice a mistake in your personalization details after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before production begins, but changes may not be possible once preparation has started.
04. RETURNS & REFUNDS *
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of our products, used or inflated items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order includes personalization, it is made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged once prepared. If you receive defective or faulty balloons, please contact us as soon as possible with photos, and we will be happy to assist you.
In which cases is a return or exchange possible?
Returns or exchanges may be considered if the balloons are defective due to a manufacturing issue or if you received an incorrect item.
If you notice any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos so we can review your request.
Balloons that have been used or inflated are generally not eligible for return or exchange. Issues reported after extended use or beyond this timeframe may not be accepted. Each case is reviewed individually, and we will always do our best to provide a fair solution.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
If a return or exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if the item is defective or incorrect, we will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
